About Mira

Hi, I'm Mira! As a nurturing and experienced nanny with six years of experience, I have dedicated my career to caring for children. My passion for childcare began when I volunteered at my church nursery and babysat for my nieces and nephews. Mission trips solidified my desire to work with children. During my time as a nanny, I've also had the opportunity to work with children with autism for the past three years. My psychology degree from UW-Milwaukee has given me a deeper understanding of child development and behavior, which I incorporate into my caregiving approach. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, whether through written reports or preferred communication methods. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents.
