About Miracle

I am a Senior who must use a motorized wheelchair for mobility (use manual one while the other charges during the night). Miracle has been my Home Services Aide since August 2024. She is very friendly, respectful, punctual, hygienic, and knowledgeable about the duties of a Home Services Aide, and efficient. She arrives dressed and ready for work. Miracle and I work out a schedule that is beneficial for both of us (visits must be at least 4 hours per visit, at least 2 times per month). We are both willing to make adjustments regarding dates and/or time of day if necessary. Miracle quickly learned about my needs so that she does not need instructions each time she comes. However, she respectfully discerns when suggestions and/or changes are needed for efficiency. She handles my belongings responsibly. Miracle is very friendly but she’s quiet, and follows my lead regarding conversations. She does not inquire about my personal business. She does not waste time with her personal business during visits (personal phone calls, requests for any thing that does not apply to efficiency during the visit, etc.) I recommend Miracle as a Home Services Aide.
