About Mindy

My name is Mindy and I'm an active, energetic & creative 43-year-old! I have over 10 years of experience with children in all age groups. I attended college & knew from a young age that I had a passion to work with children. I completed my masters program for special education. My dream is to open my own school one day, but child & pet care is where my heart & focus is currently. I'm looking for a part time position and my rates start at $25/hour for one child. I have references, CPR and first aid training, have my own car, & I am flexible with hours. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, & creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing crafts, educating about nature, baking, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. In my personal time I love to cook, spend time with my husband & golden retriever, ride bikes, paddle board, and just enjoying the outdoors! I look forward to meeting you.
