I really hesitate to write this review. I don't like writing negatives, as many times it is a matter of perspective. But I feel that I should share my experience here. I had contacted Mina, and we messaged back and forth a bit, and she was planning to come to my home on a Wednesday to help with some personal care. The last thing I messaged her was on Monday evening, with address and garage code so she could get in the home. Her last message was "Sounds great. See you then!" Wednesday morning came, and she didn't show up. I waited about half an hour to see if she was just a little late. After 30 minutes I tried to message her, and she had blocked me! So I have no idea why she didn't show up, and I couldn't even ask her. Complete ghost. And clearly not just an accident or forgetful, as she went to the effort to block me so I couldn't ask. I cannot think of a reason why she would do this. I have re-read my messages to see if I accidentally said something offensive, but I cannot see anything like that at all. I would post them all here if I could. I'm a senior recovering from surgery, and needed assistance and I was just left all alone for that day. If she had just even canceled last minute I would not have left this review. But her actions were very rude and disrespectful. I cannot recommend her. There are some wonderful caregivers here on care.com, and I suggest looking for some of them.
