About Milena

I am an accomplished tutor with over 20 years of private teaching experience, a diverse background and extensive experience in education. I hold a Bachelor's in Voice Performance from U of M School of Music, a Master's degree in Finance, and hold certifications in Montessori Early Childhood and Orton-Gillingham methodologies. I have worked with children of all ages and varying needs, have honed my skills in tailoring lessons to individual students' strengths and challenges. I am to seamlessly integrate these approaches into language arts tutoring, mathematics, music, study skills, and more, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized learning experience for each student. I am deeply committed to nurturing a supportive and engaging learning environment as well as partnering with parents and other professionals to create a team approach to working with my students.
