It is my pleasure to recommend Milena as a nanny. Milena has been taking care of our son since November 2015 and the only reason why we can no longer employ her is a change in my employment status. On her first day watching our son she arrived with puzzles and finger puppets to help the transition and it worked perfectly. Our son has food allergies and eczema and Milena was very mindful of that. She always respected him, yet was able to discipline him appropriately when needed. I worked different hours each week and Milena was always very flexible and accommodating. She truly cares about my son and my family and I was always very comfortable with her in our home. Milena is extremely trustworthy; I never worried about the safety of my son when he was with her. I recommend Milena with full confidence. She is an outstanding nanny and person.
