I'd describe my personality as nurturing, trustworthy, and loving. I like working with kids because I love discovering their unique personalities, playing along while in character, and learning together as they grow. For example, while I'm not fluent in ASL I like to use it with the goal of improving communication and reduce frustration. I'm looking for a job that I am comfortable asking questions when I'm unsure of expectations, regularly share important information about your child, and address any issues within the employment relationship. I cared for children (newborns, twins, toddlers, middle schoolers) who had parents in the military and non-military in their home and ours. One thing you should know about me is I enjoy planning fun, well-rounded days for the children. Is important to me to connect on a deep level, build a safe, loving relationship and offer a stable environment. My skills include: love for children, patience, flexibility, and first aid certification.
