Hello families!! My name is Mildred, I worked with a family for 5 years taking care of two children, but now they've grown up. With more than 18 years of hands-on experience, I've had the pleasure of supporting families and caring for children of all ages-from tiny newborns to curious toddlers and energetic preschoolers, including children with special needs. I take pride in creating a safe, loving, and structured environment where children feel secure and happy. I have a degree in early childhood education. I believe that the best care happens when there's strong communication with parents, so I always make it a priority to stay in touch, share updates, and work as a team. As a licensed driver with a spotless record and my own reliable. My warm, honest, and friendly personality, coupled with my creativity, patience, and punctuality, make me a trusted caregiver.
