Hello, my name is Milani. I am a full time student majoring in Elementary Education at Nova Southeastern University and I work part time as a teachers assistant at an early learning center for kids ages 0-5. I love working with kids and I am looking to gain experience working with smaller groups of kids. As much as I love working with larger groups (about 10-15 children at a time), I believe working with smaller groups can help me gain insight on how to individually work towards every students different needs in my future classroom. I am DCF certified in Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse, Child Growth and Development, and Child Care Facility Rules and Regulations. I am training to get further certifications focused on working with different age groups while being a student in classes focused on Elementary aged kids, school curriculum, state laws and regulations.
