We hired Mikka for babysitting for our son, who has special needs for one week when we visited Maui. Mikka was very quickly able to build trust with our son. She was very dependable, was always arriving few minutes before the time slot and very flexible with the departure time. She really helped us feel at home while being thousands of miles away from our home. My wife and I were able to go out few evenings without any worries.
