I feel so lucky to have found Mikalyn this summer while we were staying in Montana. She set the bar high for all future babysitters. She was always five minutes early, easy to communicate with, flexible. She made a hard job (taking care of very active and demanding 10-month-old baby boy) look easy. He took to her right away. She always had the best ideas for keeping him happy, things I never would have thought of. He was very comfortable with her, taking a bottle from her and napping right from the beginning--not something he does with everyone. She clearly has a way with children, a real natural. On top of that, Mikayln's very intelligent and personable, great to talk to. We'll miss her!
