Mikaylen is thorough in her cleaning, paying great attention to detail. She is consistently reliable and conscientious in remembering when there is a certain way I ask things to be done. Mikaylen is also comfortable with pets and children, always warm, cheerful and professional to all. I find myself looking forward to the next time she's coming, not just because my home is cleaner, but because she is delightful to work with. As a bonus, she also has great instinct with decorating, placements and organization when and where creativity is needed.
