I am a compassionate and dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer service, caregiving, and client support. In my current role as a Direct Support Professional at Easterseals UCP, I make a positive impact on individuals' lives by assisting with daily living activities and fostering social engagement. My previous experiences, including customer service roles at Southwest Airlines and Spectrum, have equipped me with the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism in fast-paced environments. My caregiving roles at Home Instead allowed me to build meaningful connections while providing hands-on assistance with daily tasks.
