About Mikayla

As a friendly and patient childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and positively impacting children's lives. My previous babysitting roles and being an Aunt myself, inspired me to become a caregiver, and I find great fulfillment in providing reliable childcare. I'm skilled at communicating with parents about their child's day and any issues, using their preferred communication method. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe environment. When it's time to play, I love taking children outdoors for games and inspire imagination, or board games and puzzles indoors. I also enjoy educational games that promote learning and development. I find a good movie/interactive T. V. show now and then is also a nice activity to throw in during those days when things may need to slow down. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, aged 0 - 10, and happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel.
