About Mikayla

Hi! I'm Eryn (can't currently adjust the name on profile) I started working with kids in 2017 as a Lead Preschool Teacher & Building Supervisor, and in 2020 transitioned into nannying. I nannied for a year, then went back to teaching part-time in 2021, then back to nannying in 2022. I've been lucky enough to remain with the same two families since 2022 in a nanny share. Working with children is my passion; I love being able to guide little ones thru learning the world, people, and joy of life around them. My child rearing & teaching methods are a mixture of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf. I believe children should be seen and treated as whole beings just the same as any adult, and strive to provide an environment that reflects such a sentiment. In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, cuddle my cats, thrift, and learn new creative skills
