About Mikayla

I'm an experienced childcare provider with over a decade of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. I'm passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives and am committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. My creativity and imagination shine through when I'm engaging with children, from playing outdoor sports to solving puzzles and educational games. I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to make learning fun and interactive! :) Communication is key, so I always aim to keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm flexible and can follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm comfortable setting any boundaries and expectations that the parents have while still being kind and understanding. I have four younger sisters that I have babysat on numerous occasions (with changing diapers as well) and also have many younger cousins who I have cared for:)
