About Mikayla

Hello! My name is Mikayla Calderon, I am 33 years old. Me and my family moved to Utah 2 years ago now and I have been a stay-at-home mom of 2 since moving. I was previously a Social Worker for UHC's Long Term Care Plan, working with seniors in Assisted Living settings. I also briefly worked as a Case Manager for a mobile mental healthcare clinic that assisted the elderly in various skilled nursing home and assisted livings. I also briefly worked as a private caregiver before moving up to Utah. I have found that my passion is not only taking care of my two kiddos, but working with the elderly. I would love to secure a position allowing a senior to stay in the comfort of their home without family member's worrying about their safety. In addition, I would love the opportunity to open my home and help with childcare for a wonderful family. I am CPR certified, as of 11/13/24. I also have my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Norther Arizona University.
