About Mikayla

Hi there, I'm an energetic and creative 24 y/o. I am in Marketing but recently felt the itch to nanny again in my free time (weeknights/weekends/most holidays). My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. (References available upon request) My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing crafts, baking, pretend play, sports, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. I enjoy watching a child learn and contributing to their growth. I've loved all of the families I've worked for in the past and building relationships with both the parents and children. In my personal time I love to read, cook new recipes, and travel.
