About Mikayla

Hello! My name is Mikayla, I am 25 years old with a 1-year-old son. I am looking to get back into what I love most, caregiving. I worked at a retirement home in Fort Collins for 2+ years as a QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) which I did have to study and take a test for. I work in memory care as well as assisted living. After that, I was working at Good Samaritan until I became pregnant. I like caring for seniors because I realize how hard and confusing it can be to grow older. I have always found myself to be incredibly lucky to have met people who have lived 70-100+ years and have made memories, achieved goals, lived a whole lifetime and I just got lucky enough to meet them at the end. My skills include hygiene assistance, mobility assistance, dressing assistance, meal prep, companionship, activities, housekeeping, toileting assistance, grocery shopping, and driving (appointments, store, families home, ect.)
