Hello! My name is Mikayla and I have been working with kids and adults with disabilities since I was 12 years old. I started out my experience working at summer camps and eventually worked my way up to being a camp counselor in my early adulthood. I also have a years worth of experience working in teen group homes and two years experience being a nurse delegated caregiver. I've also worked in foster care for 3 years and recently started a job as a center aid at Sequoia's treehouse. I am comfortable doing housework, cooking, homework assistance, bathing, brief changes, and anything else nessesary in order to ensure the health and safety of the client. I am also willing to learn new things and to get my hands dirty if need be. I currently live in a covid conscious environment, have tested negative recently, and I am fully vaccinated.
