Hello, my name is Mikayla, I have been a career nanny for the last 5+ years. I'm now looking to switch to doing care in my home in hopes one day I'll have a kiddo of my own and start my own daycare! I am looking for a full time (M-F or 35-40 hours) position! I have experience working with children ages 3 weeks-12+ years old. I'm CPR/AED/First Aid certified. I have 7+ years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I have been with my current nanny families doing a nanny share for the last year. Both kiddos are now growing older and heading to Montessori school I'm so excited for them! The family I was with before had twin girls I was with for just under a year before they went to preschool! I am in search of my next adventure!!

Mikayla has been our wonderful nanny for our kid for over a year, and we would highly recommend her! We started working with her together with another family, so she cared for two kids across our families who are four months apart. She started with us when our kid was five months old. Mikayla is a great communicator, so kind, patient, and loving with the kids, very resourceful and creative if there are tough moments with the kids being fussy or dealing with toddler/baby struggles, and most importantly, we have a lot of trust with her for our kid’s safety and happiness.
