As a patient and creative childcare provider with a passion for nurturing young minds, I've dedicated the past decade to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. My journey into childcare was driven by my positive experiences as a babysitter and my unwavering belief in the importance of fostering children's growth and development. My calm demeanor and friendly nature allow me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents on their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline. I am a Special Education paraprofessional during the school year. I am available after 4:30 during the week and full availability on most weekends. During the summer I am willing to take on more time if needed.
