About Mika

I'm passionate about childcare, and I have 7 years of experience caring for children of all ages. My previous babysitting roles taught me how to be patient, calm, imaginative, and friendly. I am comfortable caring for up to four children at once, and I'm happy to help with light housekeeping and swimming supervision if needed. I believe that every child deserves to be nurtured and supported, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. I am always looking for new and creative ways to engage children and help them reach their full potential. I regularly take coursework in early child development to stay up-to-date on best practices. I am also First Aid and CPR certified. I believe that open and honest communication is key to a successful childcare experience, so I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day and any issues that arise.
