About Mikale

I have a solid background working with children that makes me a great candidate for a babysitting job. Last summer, I worked as a camp counselor in Orange, CT, where I was responsible for running my own group of kids aged 4 to 14 years old. This experience taught me how to engage with children across a wide age range and manage different personalities and needs. In addition to my camp experience, I worked at Elementary School as a student support staff member. In this role, I took kids for breaks and helped mediate conflicts, which strengthened my skills in conflict resolution and communication. Currently, I am still at Shepherd Glen, where I work as a classroom paraprofessional in a kindergarten class. This position allows me to support young children in their learning and development every day.
