Hello! I am 23 years old from surprise, AZ. I was born & raised in AZ so I know it fairly well! I was a general manager for a restaurant for 4 years, and transitioned into emergency medical dispatching 2 years ago, after I had my own beautiful babygirl! I'm drawn to childcare because I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting families. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, ensuring a nurturing environment where children feel safe and happy. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. I also respect and follow the household rules set by the parents. My favorite part about being a babysitter is engaging with children through various activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of 0-3. Apart from childcare, I can also assist with cooking, pets, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
