About Mikaila

I'm extremely passionate about working with kids! I work at a gym for littles with autism occasionally! And nanny part time for 2 families in the afternoons a couple days a week! Aside from younger siblings (I'm the oldest of 6, so multiples are never a struggle!), I volunteer with the Wake County Schools and a Girl Scout troop. I have experience nannying twin infants-bottle feeds/naps/formula and meal prep! I have spent several years leading a youth church group prior to moving, worked at multiple summer camps both for children and adults with special needs- as well as babysitting for 10+ years. I love spending time outside, and think that's truly where children flourish. I am very nurturing and patient! I improvise quickly, so rainy days or long days are never a struggle! I'm great at preparing meals, snacks, bedtimes, and going with the flow. I am CPR/First Aid(including infant) certified and Childcare specialist level 1 & 2 certified(provided by a wonderful camp I worked for).
