I was very nervous about hiring a nanny for my 6 month old baby boy, but now I realize that hiring Mikaela was the best decision I ever made. She has taken amazing care of my baby, her experience and knowledge when it comes to my baby's routine is evident. She takes him out for walks every day, she has control over his meals, his naps, and his diaper. She is always working on the next step to take. Mikaela always goes above and beyond and you can tell she cares deeply about my baby. I would definitely hire her again when I need her.
