About Mikaela

Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mama to an almost 1-year-old little boy. Most of my child care experience has been with my nephews and nieces, and this experience has been with ages 0-12 years old. I would love the opportunity to give families peace of mind in knowing their child is being cared for in a safe environment! I'd describe my personality as kind, patient and organized. I like working with kids because it is engaging and rewarding to see the impact you can have on their life daily. I'm looking for a job that allows me to stay with my son while also caring for other children. I started working with kids when I was in high school. In my spare time, I like to read fiction books and take walks outside. One thing you should know about me is I will treat your child as if they are my own. I will give your child just as much attention and care as I would expect someone to give to my own son. My skills include being present, organized, cautious, gentle and kind.
