About Mikaela

I am a patient, calm, and creative childcare provider with five years of experience. My passion for fostering children's growth and development inspired me to become a caregiver. I believe in providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day, any concerns, and their child's progress. I follow their lead in enforcing household rules and routines. My educational background includes being a nursing student, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I am also a NICU CNA. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am also a certified nursing assistant, and I have completed first aid and CPR training. I truly enjoy playing with children and engaging in various activities. Some of our favorite games include outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
