I am writing to recommend Mikaela as employee. Mika worked with a science program spring of 2014. She was both reliable and effective with our students. She performed extremely well during her period of employment. She was highly motivated to learn as much as she could, and performed extremely well utilizing her best capabilities. She offered an excellent balance of teaching and entertainment for our clients. Mika has a number of other strengths, but her main strength, according to my observations, is her capability to motivate children. She seemed genuinely interested in ways of learning that captured their attention. In summary, Mika is very reliable, trustworthy, and motivated.
