About Mika

I've always been passionate about nurturing children's growth, which is why I became a caregiver. I'm creative, friendly, and energetic, bringing enthusiasm to my caregiving style. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods. Household rules are best set by the parents, and I fully support their decisions. I have experience working with multiple children in group settings, and my 2 years as a CIT program lead at a summer camp have strengthened my leadership and childcare skills. My adaptability allows me to meet each child's unique needs. I enjoy a variety of activities, from outdoor sports to board games and educational games. My qualifications include First Aid and CPR training, as well as a lifeguard certification. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, meal prep, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and supervising swimming. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
