About Micole

Hi! My name is Micole. I have 15+ years of childcare experience. I've worked with children from ages, newborn through 10 years of age, as many as 5 children at a time, including twins & triplets. Tasks included engaging them in active play, preparing meals, light housework, and assisting with homework. I have previously been trained in CPR and First Aid, but do not have current certifications. Some of my most enjoyable and longest lasting jobs have been with families having multiple children needing care, who are intentional in their parenting choices, and Christ-centered. In my approach to children, I lean towards gentle/respectful parenting practices, while still teaching age appropriate boundaries. As a caregiver, I enjoy reading books, sensory or craft activities, and time outside. Ideally, I'd be looking for 25-30 hours a week. Open to taking on household management tasks or a nanny share as well!
