I second guess a lot of my decisions, but hiring Mickey has got to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. He instantly meshed with our family. My boys love him and he’s more like a fun responsible older cousin than a childcare worker. He’s good at reading situations and knowing how/when to step in to offer assistance. He adds the energy and fun my boys needed, and the sense of peace I feel around my kids’ safety is what all parents are looking for in a childcare worker.
