About Michiia

As a childcare provider, I'm passionate about supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. With two years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children of all ages. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to easily connect with children and create a fun and nurturing environment. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that stimulate learning. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I'll provide written daily reports and use their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day or address any concerns. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. In addition to my childcare experience, I have some college education and have completed both First Aid and CPR training. I'm willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
