I would hire Michely again in a heartbeat! She cared for our son from 4 to 16 months, & has helped us through so many transitions: breastfeeding to solids, rolling/crawling/walking, all the nap changes. She's caring, thoughtful, proactive, smart, and has great suggestions. We really cared for my son together as a team & l loved the ideas she had from observing his development. We are so thankful for Chelly — she really has been a part of our family. Anyone would be lucky to have her!
