My passion for caregiving stems from my own positive experiences in babysitting roles and my innate desire to make a difference in young lives. My approach to communication with parents is centered around transparency and collaboration. I provide verbal updates at pickup, send regular text or phone call updates, and always adhere to the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle and consistent manner, ensuring a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. I delight in engaging children in various games, with board games and puzzles being some of our favorites.
