I found Michelle (Micki) years ago to be a companion to my mother-in-law in her 90’s. Micki was the perfect caregiver to Barbara, always listening and providing uplifting input. Barb was a unique woman and Micki was able to handle her and befriend her with care, compassion and just the right sort of pizazz! Now, my own lovely 97 year old Mom needs help now and then with health issues, transportation, practical things and such. I was so happy to hear Micki was available! She has helped my mom for most of a year, now, and we are super grateful to have her in our lives! Her knowledge and skills as a nurse are a plus too! She is compassionate and caring, skillful at meeting the person she is caring for where they are. She’s a treasure!
