I have two adult daughters and was a stay at home mom until my youngest child turned 14 and shortly after started nannying. Prior to having kids I had an 11 year career in the health and pharmaceutical industry. I stopped working to be a stay at home mom. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition from San Diego State. I've been a full time nanny since 2017, with extensive experience caring for infants, toddlers, and elementary age children. I am comfortable with animals and have a large dog and a cat of my own. I've been with my current family for 1 year. This job ends April 5 as their child care needs are changing. Prior to this position I worked for a family for 3 years until they relocated. Before that I was with a family for 3 years.. I am highly recommended and my current and past families will provide references. Ideally my next family would be located between Carmel Valley and Carlsbad. I'm looking for full time hours, 35-40 hours a week M-F.

Michelle was my son’s nanny for 1 year covering both infancy and early toddlerhood. Our family is so thankful for Michelle. As a nervous first-time parent it put my mind at ease knowing my son was in good care. He would smile every morning when she walked through the door. Michelle is reliable, trustworthy, highly engaging and overall a great person to be around. She would get down on the floor and play and read to my son. Michelle is very active which was great for daily stroller walks and interactive playtime at our local park with a busy toddler. Michelle is very knowledgeable and experienced with children which was helpful for me as a first-time parent to navigate baby & toddler milestones. She goes above and beyond in every way possible. I highly recommend Michelle to any parents looking for a wonderful person to care for your little one.
