Hi, My name is Michelle and I am a 2016 graduate of Rutgers University, majoring in Criminal Justice. During my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, swimming, watching the latest movies, and shopping. I consider myself a responsible, dependable, patient, caring and friendly individual. I have many years of experience caring for individuals of all ages, from as young as 6 months to the elderly. I have prior experience caring for individuals with disabilities which I believe helps me in caring and understanding children and adults with and without physical and mental disabilities. I have experience assisting individuals with disabilities or special needs with their daily needs such as dressing, bathing, medications, going on outings, and with any other needs they may have. I believe when you are caring for individuals with special needs, you need to have patience and a caring heart, which I believe I have. I look forward to meeting you!
