From the moment I spoke to Michelle for her interview, I knew she was going to be great! On the phone, she was very warm and personable as well as very professional. I could tell Michelle was very mindful and respectful. And my father really liked her. She was temporary but he kept saying she really knows what she was doing. My father is in a lot of pain and she brought him comfort. I would highly recommend Michelle to other families. And would certainly hire her again.
