Hi, I am a former social worker at a LTC facility. I had the pleasure of working with patients with many diagnoses, to include developmental delays. Sadly some of these people aged out of the group homes so they came to us, even if they were not seniors. I've taken care of Autistic children, interned in a high school, running my own peer support group.
