About Michelle

I am a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with over 11 years of experience in child care, having worked with children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. During this time, I've gained a deep understanding of their unique needs and developmental stages, always prioritizing their safety, growth, and well-being. I am also First Aid and CPR certified. In addition to my child care experience, I became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) two years ago and work in a skilled nursing facility. I love fostering creativity and exploration, often incorporating arts and crafts into my routine to encourage children to express themselves and develop their imagination. Seeing children grow, learn, and thrive brings me immense joy.
