I have been working with children for 17 years now. I am also a licensed medical assistant so I am CPR and First Aid trained and certified. I worked as a day care provider/preschool teacher for seven years and I have been a professional nanny for 10 years. I also have experience caring for special needs children and multiples. Michelle is fantastic and is the definition of a great nanny. She is personable, reliable, and wonderful with children. She also is very organized and helped me organize my home and the children's playroom. She has been a great resource with questions about issues that have come up with my kids, such as sleep problems, behavior issues, etc. She fit in instantly with our family and earned our trust and respect remarkably quickly. She would be a great asset to any family!
