I work in a restaurant industry for 20 years as a Regional Director opening stores, managing people from front of the house to back of the house then my family migrated here 12 years ago and I volunteered to take care of my Aunt who has cancer for almost a year and when she passed away I immediately applied as a caregiver in a assisted living facility/memory care facility and eventually promoted as med tech handling and passing out medication for 100 plus residents 3 times per shift. I didnt stop and tried to apply as a Coordinator and luckily they gave me the opportunity to handle one department which is the memory care department and while doing handling the department I did not stop doing side jobs as a caregiver until I decided to just focus and concentrate to this field that gives me happiness and fulfillment that at the end of my shift I will go home with a smile coz there is another family who I made happy and satisfied with the care I give to their love ones, like my own.
