Hi there! My name is Michelle, and I've been taking care of children, as well as other populations, for 20+ years. I'm the oldest of four girls, so of course, my parents had me babysitting as soon as they could. Over the years, I've worked in many settings, including, but not limited to: daycare, after-school programs, lifeguarding/swim lessons, cheerleading coach, schools for students and adults with ASD , therapeutic settings, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician. I love working with all ages, and people tend to describe me as incredibly empathetic and full of energy.
