Why I'm a great nanny: The best part of being a nanny is when the kids are silly. They bring out my inner child and remind me to have fun. I love building things with kids and teaching them to problem solve with creative solutions. I love going for walks or just playing in the yard, even if it's snowing or raining. I also enjoy making arts and crafts, and baking, with kids. All while teaching them how to get along with each other, to be honest, responsible, and caring teenagers. Michelle is amazingly reliable and quickly integrated herself as part of our family. She has a unique ability to play thoughtfully with children of all ages (ours ranged from young infants to teens). She is always safe and dependable, and is very kind yet able to implement age-appropriate discipline in partnership with parents. As a two-physician family, we needed a caregiver that we could count on even if there was two feet of snow on the ground - Michelle delivered!!
