We absolutely love Michelle! She has watched our 18 month old twice a week for nearly a year now. She gives him so much love and attention and is constantly finding new games to play and ways to get him involved. He runs to the door on his Michelle says eager to greet her and start playing! Michelle keeps working even during nap time helping us with whatever we need that day-laundry, dishes, meal prep, mopping, you name it! It's been amazing when the housework starts to feel overwhelming with a little one for help to get caught up and come back to a cleaner home than when we left! We love her as an addition to her family and highly recommend!!!
