I have a range of experience as a caregiver including children of all ages, special needs, dementia, ALS, end-of-life transitions, Parkinson's, and more. I've enjoyed time working in care facilities and in private residences. Being in this field I have learned so many things. I can happily assist with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, eating, changing, freshening up, transferring, and all other everyday tasks needed for you or your loved one. Over the years I've had extensive training with many different care tools (hoyer lifts, catheter bags, etc.) These opportunities have helped me grow into someone who is even more adaptable, creative, and attuned to the unique needs of the individuals I have the gift of being trusted to care for. My favorite part is getting to know my clients, listening to their stories, finding the ways they like to be playful, and tuning into how I can support them to have a beautiful day. We were lucky to have Michelle as part of our care team. She is hands down one of the best caregivers that I have had the privilege to work with. Not only is she attentive and knowledgeable about what people need but does it in a caring and compassionate way. Michelle also has a vast knowledge of information regarding nutrition and is a great cook. Anyone in her care will definitely benefit in many ways. She is a loving and compassionate human being.
