After dealing with a lot of flaky people here, I have had the best experience with Michelle. She never once complained about the drive from Oakland to Moraga, where most people from Oakland seem to have a problem with this yet they say they are willing to drive 5 to 15 miles in their profiles. Michelle is a bright efficient reliable and responsible assistant. She is detail oriented and fun to work with. Gets the job done. If there is something new to her, she will research it and learn the task & does it correctly. She is also incredibly trustworthy.
