About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as reliable, positive, honest, responsible and perfectionist. I like working with kids because I love to see the world through their eyes. They teach us the truly important things in life. And I want to be able to give them my support and positivity so that they always believe in themselves and manage to be everything they set out to do. I'm looking for a job that I enjoy and that has flexibility in schedules. Also allow me to work at my home if possible. I started working with kids when I was a teenager, as a summer job. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, workout and practice my favorite sports: swimming and basketball. I also love coloring mandalas and dance bachata. One thing you should know about me is that I prioritize communication and collaboration, ensuring everyone's needs and perspectives are heard and respected. My skills include communication, patience, adaptability and creativity.
